His merchant company, the Breymounarty, controlled maritime trade outside of the kingdom of Gwarystan sea routes. Also known as ‘Nartelys’ among the clan Myortilys.

Aewöl: High Elf (Night) Alchemist – Level 12, one of the few Night Elves who lived in Essawylor. The offspring of the fallen house of Dir Sana, Aewöl was master of the smiths' guild of Ystanlewin in the days of Essawylor and the House Dol Lewin’s counsellor. He crossed the Austral Ocean with Feïwal and Roquen Dol Lewin. After the battle of Mentollà, Aewöl became Guild Master of Alqualinquë and developed trade across the Lost Islands. Banished from Llymar Forest by Gal dyl for attempting to read the Rowë Testament, he received his heirloom from Saeröl and became the third master of the Sana Guild. Aewöl descended from Sana, the princess of Twilight Woods through his mother Espa and his grandfather Egalmöl, the Bladesmith Elriöl’s younger brother. Saeröl was therefore his cousin.

Alef Bronzewood (died 2716 LC in the Valley of Nargrond): Human Barbarian Druid – Level 7, a shape changer, one of the ‘true druids’, a loyal servant to the Mother of the Islands but an extremist who worked to restore the Archipelago’s original purity. Originally, he dwelled in Nyn Ernaly in the forest of Mentolewin. But Alef was also familiar with the way into Nargrond Valley, for he had dealings with another powerful druid, the Seer of Oryusk who enthralled him.

Almit: High Elf (Gold) Enchanter – Level 14, Lord of House Dol Etrond, Warlord of Tios Lluin, Master of the Golden Arch guild. When Ystanetrond, his capital city in Nyn Avrony was conquered by a powerful fleet of Men from Nellos, he fled along the last survivors of House Dol Etrond to Gwarystan, taking his place in the Golden Arch tower. For a while, he performed his part as lord of House Dol Etrond at the royal court, but then joined his granduncle Curubor in Llymar Forest. There, he became a great smith famed for the making of armour of the most elaborate Elvin steel. After 2615 LC, Almit dedicated his life to the restoration of old stones and the study of lost legends and dwelled in Tios Lluin. He wore the Blue Helm of Etrond, and the ancient relic distinguished his rank as the first of his bloodline. Almit was the grandnephew of Curubor. Alton was the descendant of Miglor the Eldest, the cousin of Prince Garael and Princess Terela. Sinear was his elder brother.

Aplor: High Elf (Gold) Mage – Level 9, Royal Steward of Llymvranone. Aplor followed Lord Camatael Dol Lewin into exile in the Llymar Forest after breaking his vow to King Norelin. He became Camatael’s principal hireling.

Aranaele: High Elve (Gold) Cleric – Level 22, Queen of Essawylor, High Priestess of Cim. One of the few survivors of the late First Age, she opposed her cousin Lormelin about the future of the High Elves at the ‘Celebration of the Ivory mountains’. After ‘the War of Diamond and Ruby’, the noble houses of the High Elves were divided between those who wanted to settle in Essawylor (Diamond) and those who had the ambition to reach the Lost Islands (Ruby). In the end, Aranaele became Queen of Essawylor in 520 LC. She ruled five Dol noble Houses of the High Elves and twenty-eight Irawenti clans. In 2705 LC, the province of Ystanlewin of her kingdom was invaded by the Desert Horde. After the fall of the city, she banished the heir of House Dol Lewin for rebellion. Egalmöl was known as one of the two lords of the Guild of Sana. Along with the High Elves of the surviving royal houses, he traversed the Anroch Desert to reach the edges of the forest of Essawylor. The royal houses of the High Elves ultimately divided and waged war against each other during the war of Ruby and Diamond. Most Night Elves accompanied King Lormelin the Conqueror on his journey across the Austral Ocean. Only very few Night Elves remained behind in the kingdom of Essawylor and served Queen Aranaele. Egalmöl was counted among them. He fled away from his elder brother Elriöl, instead of crossing the Austral Ocean with the fleet of the High Elves as he knew there could be only one master of the Sana Guild. Second son of Sana, the Princess of the Twilight Woods, Egalmöl is the younger brother of the Bladesmith Elriöl. Espa was his daughter making him the grandfather of Aewöl.

Elriöl founded the Guild of Sana. Along with the surviving High Elves, he traversed the Anroch Desert to reach the edges of the forest of Essawylor. After the war of Ruby and Diamond, he accompanied King Lormelin the Conqueror, on his journey across the Austral Ocean with the vast majority of the Night Elves. He chased away his younger brother Egalmöl so that he could be the only Master of the Sana Guild. Second of the four bladesmiths to have joined the Alchemists Guild of Yslla, Elriöl is one of the makers of the fabled swords of Nargrond. He forged the blades of the six mighty weapons thanks to his mastery of the Amethyst Flow. Elriöl married Mirwene Dol Nargrond, Lord Rowë’s daughter. He later had his spouse sentenced to death after she stole the secret of the Flow which could cause annihilation. Elder son of Sana, Princess of the Twilight Woods, Elriöl fathered a son, Saeröl, and a daughter, Desala. He is therefore the great-grandfather of Eneos. Also known as ‘the Sly’.

Garael’s father, the most glorious hero of this campaign, was appointed Prince of Cumberae by Lormelin the Conqueror. Garael inherited the title and established his stronghold on the Isle of Nyese after his father was killed during the wars against the human Westerners. Garael’s sister married King Lormelin and became Queen of Gwarystan. Later on, after the Century of War, Garael’s nephew, King Norelin, refused to marry his daughter, Terela, and denied his royal support to House Dol Nos-Loscin in the conflict against the Dragon Warrior Ka-Blowna. Garael withdrew to Cumberae, broke his oath to Norelin and declared himself as independent Prince to face alone the invasion of the Barbarians. When Aewöl was banished from Llymar Forest, he followed him into exile and assisted him re-building the Sana Guild.

Gloren: High Elf (Gold) Bard – Level 24, a king of the High Elves, who was condemned to his doom by the curse of the Gods and chose exile. At the end of the First Age, he renounced his heritage which had made king to seek only peace and redemption. His appearance was that of a lonesome Demigod, wandering the coast, singing to the waves of his pain. Gloren summoned a Deity, he named Cim, from the depths of the Essaweryl Bay. After befriending the Blue Elf navigator Filwen, he accompanied him in his voyage across the Austral Ocean, assisting him in his quest to seek the Lost Islands. The songs that Gloren left to the High Elves were inspiring, an attempt to change their fate, undoing the curse of the Gods. Gloren set the path to the last refuge of the Elves. But Filwen’s ship, the Alwïryan, was wrecked off the northern peninsula of Nyn Llyvary. Filwen died, Gloren survived. The waves brought him to the shores, for his destiny had not yet been fulfilled, and he still had much suffering and grief to endure. During the battle of Mentollà and the raid into Nyn Ernaly, Voryn dyl proved his fierce nature but also demonstrated his mad fanaticism after wanting to exact his own justice upon Aewöl. This initiative caused his doom. Mynar dyl and Dyoren the Seventh were his elder brothers. Also known as ‘the Ugly’.

Vyrka (died 2710 LC at the battle of Mentollà): Green Elf Scout – Level 4, renegade commanding group of Wild Elves in the Gloren Peninsula. He spent his life resisting the invasion of barbarians in the peninsula of Gloren. Vyrka was appointed to negotiate with the sailors of the Alcalinquë after their ship was shipwrecked on the northern coast of Nyn Llyvary.

Yere: Green Elve Priestess – Level 12, one of the two surviving Matriarchs of clan Ernaly, an elderly relative of Dyoren the Seventh, Mynar dyl and Voryn dyl.

Yluin (died 2611 LC in the battle of Tios Lluin): Green Elf Fighter – Level 15, Warlord of clan Llyvary and Protector of the Forest during the Century of War against the barbarians. He was regarded as the greatest Green Elf warlord of his time. Yluin commanded great respect as he wielded the Spear of Aonyn. He was known to have publicly scorned Gal dyl from clan Avrony on many occasions, though Gal dyl was his unique daughter’s consort. Yluin was the father of Matriarch Lyrine and the grandfather of Nyriele.
